Pricing and Payments
Cowboy Experience (Spring & Fall)
We offer an all-inclusive rate that includes food, lodging, ranch activities and full access to the horses. We are open for the full ranch experience in May, June, September and October. The rate is $2600 for seven nights per person. A deposit of 20% of the total trip is required at time of booking. Full payment MUST be received 5 days prior to arrival.
Discounts: If you stay two weeks at the ranch, you will receive a 20% discount on the second week. Groups of more than 5, receive 15% off. A single supplement of 10% for any members of a group that require their own room/cabin (this only applies to group situations). The price does not include a round trip airline ticket, alcohol in the saloon, guided sightseeing or transportation from and to the airport. Suggested gratuity is 10%. The minimum age to participate is eighteen years old, if unaccompanied by an adult.
Cancelation Policy
Deposits are nonrefundable. Guests who cancel can roll their reservation to the following season. It must be used within 12 months of the original booking date. If you choose not to re-book, you will forfeit your entire deposit and not receive a refund. For guests who book through a travel agency, we follow their cancelation policies, and they should refer to their agency for further information. We do recommend Travel Insurance.
Summer Program
Cabin prices vary from $100 to $225/night depending on cabin and dates of stay. Contact us to obtain pricing. Trail rides are $60/person. Fishing & Kayaking is $40/person. All inclusive summer stay is $300/per person/per night and includes lodging, daily trail rides (3+ hours/per day -guests will get some cattle work if they are experienced enough to go out but it will not be every day like the Cowboy Experience is. We will be adding on day trail ride trips to check on cattle in the Bear Lodge Mountains and Black Hills of Wyoming! ), unguided fishing and kayaking, full breakfast, lunch, and dinner, saloon entertainment and yard games. Children under 6 are free and up to 12 are 50% off. Everything is self-guided except the trail ride. Meals are served at 8am and 6:30pm.
Cancelation Policy
Guests who book directly and cancel more than 24 hours prior to their arrival date will receive a full refund. Guests who book directly and cancel within 24 hours prior to their arrival date will not receive a refund. Booking Sites such as Airbnb and VRBO have their own cancelation policies. Their cancelation policies will supersede our cancelation policies that we have at the ranch.
